This Privacy Policy explains how Aditya Sharma (“I”, “me”), operating adityasharma.nl, collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact me. Please review and adapt this text to your situation.

Data I collect

• Information you submit in the project inquiry form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, project type, budget, country, timeline and project details.
• Technical data needed to protect the form against spam, such as your IP address.
• The page you submitted from and campaign (UTM) parameters, to understand how you found the website.
• If analytics is enabled: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics.

Why I use your data

Only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate about a potential or ongoing project. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Sharing

I do not sell your data. It is stored on this website’s hosting server and in my email inbox. If you contact me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.

Retention

Inquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required for the project and for legal/tax obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing at any time by emailing me. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
